Sophia is an accomplished competitor and trainer. Her achievements in Europe have earned her "a person of extraordinary ability status" in the United States.
Since the age of 7, Sophia has been riding both in dressage and show jumping. She competed in European Championships and also qualified for many other Championships, of which she won quite a few. |

| Because she won the Young Talent competitions for dressage for many years, she was afforded the opportunity to train and ride with top instructors in the Netherlands and to also work with notable dressage judges for years. Sophia has trained and shown many dressage horses from their beginnings up to the highest levels. She has taught and trained at two of the most prestigious breeding and training farms in Folsom, LA and thus went on to create "2 Dutch Ranch" with her husband, Richard. |
